AI Token Minimizer

The Schwarz Diamond principle: minimal material, maximum surface.

Paste or drop any text, source code, directive, or document, and shrink it to cut the tokens an AI has to read, and tokens cost money. It does this with plain rules, no AI, so there is no per-call cost and nothing to trust. It runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

A Schwarz Diamond is the least material that carries the most surface, and it holds itself up the way a diamond lattice needs no outward prop, every level supporting the next. This tool aims for the same shape in text: the fewest tokens that still carry the most meaning. What is left is load-bearing, every word supporting the next, the filler stripped away. That is the guiding idea, a way of seeing, not a claim that the tool computes minimal surfaces.

Honest about what it does. The token figure is the standard chars/4 estimate. Collapsing whitespace, blank lines, and comments is safe and reversible in meaning. The amber options (strip # comments, flatten indentation, remove filler) are lossy: they can change code or wording, so review the result before you use it. There is no compute speedup here and no model is involved; the win is a smaller piece of text, so the AI reads fewer tokens and you pay less. Free for early adopters.
